Our Story

R & Bee Design was established in late 2007 by Beth and Rachael, an aunt and niece that wanted to develop unique artwork and decor for children to enjoy on a daily basis. The designs are whimsical and friendly and at the same time are a little more sophisticated than the usual, "run of the mill" art for children.

Rachael is a young mom who was searching for room decor for her nursery and couldn't find unique, beautiful, wall decor. She decided there was a need for better children's wall art so she decided to form her own company. Growing up she had always loved her aunt's unique illustrations for children and during a visit the idea to combine her concept and her aunt's talent was born. Their goal was to make removable stickers with cool artwork. Rachael and Beth decided that together they could make a great team.

Artist and co-owner, Beth Foster Wiggins, has loved drawing all of her life. Her career has centered around childrens' art and she has illustrated several children's books, including two by the late Margaret Wise Brown, "Goodnight Bear" and "Goodnight Bunny", both published posthumously for Brown.
