R & Bee Design is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Email us within 30 days of purchase for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and address for returns. Please be sure to include the full name of the person that purchased the item, inside the package being returned, to assure proper credit is applied. Once the item(s) are returned, you will get an e-mail with notification of the credit or exchange being applied. Shipping
We ship our products using UPS ground services within the continental US (Excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii). We ship your order within 2 or 3 days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking # so you can keep track of your delivery. We do not make international shipments at this time.Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 30 days. Returns must be in unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included.
